UNDER THE ARTFLUENCE OF DESIGN
I was so excited to get a copy of this wedding fan from my sister who attended this wonderful couple’s wedding! It was such a fun project, and I loved working with Alex & Alanna. I hope all the guests put the fans to good use, had fun w/ the Mad Libs, and that everyone kept it somewhat PC for the parents/grandparents (hehe).
Ps. The silhouettes are custom illustrations from portrait shots the couple sent me.
One of my favorite Rosehaus invitations so far – Lyndsey & Forrest’s peacock themed wedding invitation was so much fun to create. I loved working with this bride – her style was super inspirational and I’m so thrilled with how the final piece turned out. The initial inspiration came from black calla lilies and peacock feathers. I hand illustrated the peacock feathers, which was more of a challenge than I had initially anticipated but in the end it made for a very unique and awesome invite – for a very unique and awesome couple.
It’s been a very fun couple of months filled with lots of amazing clients and invitations. From Baby Showers to Bar Mitzvahs I’ve been busy doing a little bit of everything. I’m especially excited about the recent Editor’s pick win for my International Baby Design on Minted.com. You will soon be able to order via Minted – I’ll keep you posted.
